At Lavanya Herbal Products, we take pride in the quality of our herbal ayurvedic products and strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.

Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Time Frame: You have 15 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@lavanyaherbal.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization email with instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Processing Time: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Bank Processing Time: Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at info@lavanyaherbal.com.

Gifts

  • Gift Purchases: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • Gift Refunds: If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
